These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Aquora Auto website and to product enquiries and transactions made with Aquora Auto, SSM registration no. 202503326372 (JR0184674-M).

By using this website or proceeding with an enquiry or purchase, you agree to these terms together with any specific terms communicated to you for the relevant product or transaction.

2. Product information

We aim to keep product names, descriptions, images, specifications, prices and availability accurate and up to date. Images may be used for illustration and product specifications or packaging may change. Where there is a material difference, the terms confirmed for the transaction will apply.

Prices and stock availability may change without notice. A price or product displayed on the website is not, by itself, a guarantee that the product is available or that an order has been accepted.

For products with variants or bundles, the displayed “From” price represents the lowest available variant price. The selected variant and final price should be confirmed before purchase.

4. Enquiries and orders

Our website is primarily an enquiry and catalogue platform. Orders may be discussed and confirmed through WhatsApp or other direct communication. An order is accepted only when Aquora Auto confirms the relevant product, variant, price, availability and other applicable transaction details.

5. Payment, delivery and collection

Payment methods, delivery charges, delivery arrangements and collection details will be communicated or agreed for the relevant transaction. You are responsible for providing accurate information needed for fulfilment.

6. Returns, refunds and warranty

Any return, refund, exchange or warranty arrangement will depend on the product, the reason for the request, the manufacturer's or supplier's applicable policy, and applicable Malaysian law. Please contact us before returning a product so that we can confirm the appropriate process.

7. Product use and safety

You are responsible for using products according to their instructions, specifications and intended application. Automotive, motorcycle, electrical, pressure-washing and chemical products may require appropriate knowledge, equipment and safety precautions. Where a manufacturer provides safety or installation instructions, those instructions should be followed.
